The Goddess Dancing™ is dedicated to returning belly dance to the childbearing and birth community to take its rightful place among the tools a woman can use to reclaim pregnancy & birth.  For thousands of years this dance has been a favorite of women for pregnancy & birth not only because of its health benefits but also because of its joyous, celebratory, non-judgmental nature.  Belly dance is a gentle, low impact exercise that is perfect during pregnancy.  Belly dance, like other body, mind and spirit activities, promotes self-esteem and body awareness, empowering a woman to be an active participant in conceiving, growing and giving birth to her child.
