Anita-Cristina Calcaterra
holds an MEd from Antioch New England and is an accomplished Waldorf School teacher. She has also learned drumming with EarthDrum
Council and ritual with the EarthSpirit Community.
Anita-Cristina is one of the
founding members of The Goddess Dancing™
and has grown up with this dance, learning from her mother and her mother’s
friends. Her Masters degree in Education and years as a school teacher
give her insight into the ways we learn, grow and remember. She says, “Each time
I dance, I am reminded that women have done these movements since the beginning
of time. When I remember this, I feel my connection to the entire family of
women, and the Goddess who gave birth to us all.” She is married to Leah.
